Meet Hetvi, a driven young woman with a passion for technology and problem-solving. After graduating with a general IT degree, Hetvi realized her true interest lay in cyber-security. She wanted a specialized role but lacked the hands-on experience and in-depth knowledge required by employers.
Determined to break into the field, Hetvi enrolled in the Networking & Network Security Program at H2 INFOSEC. The program offered a perfect mix of foundational concepts, hands-on labs, and exposure to real-world scenarios. Hetvi thrived in the interactive learning environment, working with tools like firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and advanced threat analysis software.
One highlight of her journey was participating in the institute’s Capture The Flag (CTF) competitions, where she showed her problem-solving and critical thinking skills. With guidance from expert instructors and career advisors, she built a strong resume, refined her interview techniques, and earned globally recognized certifications, including CCNA and Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH).
Soon after completing the program, Hetvi secured a position as a Network Security Engineer at a leading tech firm. Her role involves monitoring network traffic, identifying vulnerabilities, and implementing robust security measures to protect her organization’s infrastructure.
Reflecting on her journey, Hetvi credits the institute’s practical training and supportive community for giving her the confidence and skills to succeed. Today, she’s not only excelling in her career but also inspiring other women to pursue opportunities in cyber-security.
